We today launch EatOut. We hope you enjoy using the site as much as we have enjoyed building the site and I look forward to reading your recommendations on new and exciting restaurant to try. The purpose of this blog will be to keep you up to date with what is going on with the restaurant world as well as giving inside information on the site and its future.

What is the future of EatOut?

We will be hugely extending the social element of the site. To give you a little taster of what we plan on introducing in the not so distant future, here are some of our idea:

Brasserie Blanc, Jamie’s Italian, Carluccio’s, Harvey Nichols Restaurant and Piccolino Bar, Giraffe, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Tampopo and YO! Sushi ….just a few of the restaurants to open in Bristol and Bath before the end of the year.

The Bristol and Bath restaurant scene is about to drastically change, with the opening of Cabot Circus in Bristol and the newly opened Milsom Place and Shires Yard in Bath. Celebrity chefs are even coming to Bristol and Bath, with Raymond Blanc opening in Bristol and Jamie Oliver opening Jamie’s Italian Kitchen in Bath.

Where else would you like to see open in Bristol ? Let us know. Personally I cannot wait to try out all the new restaurants, Yo!Sushi will definitely be a welcome addition to the Bristol scene and I am personally a big fan of Raymond Blanc and his Brasseries.
