It kind of does what it says on the tin. Recently opened, with a crisp, striking interior of angular white bench seating and lime green soft furnishings, this is much more than a regular oriental restaurant. Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese and even Mongol dishes are all sautéed in a wok. The Wok Imperial is their signature dish, a lavish affair, but all the dishes are made using a minimum amount of oil and with a high vegetable content, it's all healthy, aromatic stuff. Wok more could you ask for.
