Mediocre food, rude and disinterested staff and the management are even worse. They seem to take little pride in the service and if you dare complain very calmly and reasonably about something quite out of order (like in our case, the fact that there was a thirty minute wait between meals for the same table being delivered - our friends had long finished their meals by the time they brought ours out) the management become abusive and treat you like troublemakers. We were aksed to leave and never come back. Arrogance of which I have never quite experienced in people trying to make a living from public service before. I realise we are in a recession and the hospitality industry has been hit, but I didn't realise pubs and restaurants were now actively trying to get rid of the few customers they do have. A peculiar business plan to say the least!
