Experience a greeting that exceeds all expectations at this impressive Edwardian mansion in Carmarthenshire, South West Wales. A harmonious mix of contemporary finishing and traditional styles ensures that your surroundings are unlike any other.
The recently refurbished Brazz restaurant has sweeping views of the Burry Estuary through the half crescent windows, which makes it the perfect setting for a romantic meal, special celebration or simply a welcome opportunity to unwind. Lovingly-prepared, locally-sourced produce is imaginatively combined to create the mouth-watering restaurant menu.
The highly-skilled Head Chef consistently produces a range of dishes to suit all tastes, with a special focus on indigenous ingredients. The ever-changing menu often features local specialities such as Penclawdd cockles, Celtic Pride beef and Red Devil cheese. Finishing off the menu are a tempting selection of desserts, as well as an excellent range of hot drinks, with some indulgent options for those who enjoy an extra kick to their coffee.
Bar meals and snacks for a less formal setting are also available in the Parc Bar, these include a simple yet tasty selection of traditional foods.
