This was the 2nd time I'd eaten at Chiquito's & the first time was nice. I enjoyed my meal & nothing went wrong etc.
But the 2nd time as soon as we stepped in the door everything was very poor. Firstly My partner & I were ignored at the bar for about 10 minutes, another couple approached the bar after we had been stood there for a while & got served before us. Wasn't untill I shouted over to the bar staff we got served & I'm not the kind of person to holler at people!
Then when we were seated it was a table they had dragged over from somewhere else & satus in a walkway so we were being nudged by passing staff all evening.
After waiting a long time for our food it arrived cold & our waitress wasn't very friendly at all.
It's a shmae as I think the food sounds lovely on the menue & like I said our first visit was nice but now after that we haven't been back!

Went back here for an anniversary meal, one year after our first date here, aww! Lovely food. You must try the sharing platter starter for two, it's great! The fahitas here are great as are the burritos. Great value for money.

We love to go to Chiquito's, it's great for the kids too! We always share the nachos with chilli beef on top for starters and the garlic bread is delicious! My husband always has fajitas which are great fun and the kids' version is good - they love fajitas- nice messy food! When we go with our adult friends we enjoy a few of the cocktails and the wine is very good.
The service can be slow at times but they are also very attentive and the manager likes to come and ask if everything is ok! The restaurant itself is lit perfectly and the background Latino music is a nice touch!

I always have a nice meal when I go to Chiquito's. The nacho's are lovely but definately share them as you get a big portion. The santa fe wrap is my fave, I always recommend it to friends and they always love it. My only complaint about the place is that the service can sometimes be a bit slow.
