Six of us booked a table, arrived, paid upfront as requested and were shown to a large room in the back that was 80% full. The meat eaters in the party thought the food fantastic and have decided it was their favourite "eat as much as you like" in 'Bristol and surrounding area'. They had an enormous choice of food, some cooked fresh in front of them. The vegetarian - me, thought it was possibly the worst. This was because there was no V signs on the dishes and reading the label of what was in the dish did not reflect the ingredients. Starters for me, the choice was poor, soggy breadcrumbed mushrooms. mini pancake rolls and an onion ring, I couldn't find anything else. There was a soup that seemed vegetarian but on dishing it up it was full of prawns. The *one* main course tofu dish I could find was wedged between two meat dishes and someone had slopped the pork dish into the tofu. I didn't notice the pork until i had eaten half the tofu dish which was very offputting. There was a potato Indian dish that seemed vegetarian but the bowl was empty and was never refilled. I could not tell what desserts were vegetarian as there was no labelling at all on these.
A round of drinks ( two beers, one glass of wine, three cokes) was a touch over £16
The presentation of a cake and playing of Happy Birthday was a novelty at first. We asked if we could have a cake for my daughter's birthday and they were very nice in letting us have one but we felt guilty as we couldn't eat it as it was still frozen but at least we had the overly long Happy Birthday song played much to her embarrasment.
I can see my family wanting to come back to dine here often but until the vegetarian dishes are labelled and stored separate from the meat dishes - as done in most other buffet restaurants then I doubt I'll return.

Family visit for daughter's birthday. Excellent value for money given the range of choices and gnerally decent standard of food. I did go for the sushi and Teriyaki grill rather than the more standard fare but those that went for the latter enjoyed it. However will not be returning due to the ppalling attitude of the staff. Having booked a table for 6 p.m. and arrived 10 minutes prior to that we didn't reach our table until 6.15 due to the large queue and only one person taking payment, despite there being more than one till. Also my 7 year old daughter was marched over to the measuring area to esure she was short wnough to qualify for a child's price as my word was no accepted as being true. Then spot on 8 we were asked to leave as our 2 hours were up. When I pointed out we were 15 minutes short due to the poor reception arrangements an argument ensued and the manager was sent for. Eventually we were granted our final 15 minutes although by then we weren't really in the mood any more. Attitude of staff taking drinks orders was no better - very surly and unfriendly; not to mention being tol it was my problem when I pointedout the cutlery tray was empty.

Went here for a family birthday, Everyone raves about this place not sure why?
It is pretty good value and the food is of a very high standard for buffet but the seating out the back is like school dinners and it's the most anti sociable dining experience as you are never all sat down together.
I'd say if you like the cuisine then go to Shanghai nights. Better food, table service instead of buffet eat as much as you like for £13. Only downside is no tepenyaki grill

Got there for the start of lunchtime service to ensure we got a table (no booking) but needn't have panicked, it was busy but plenty of seats available. Downsides of getting there that early is a slight lack on variety - Sushi guy didn't look like he'd have anything ready for at least an hour & there were no people at the cook-to-order stations. No Thai curries either which was a shame, but I think I definitely need to try it out on an evening.
FOOD: was tasty & well cooked. All the classics like ribs, sweet & sour balls, satay etc. Bound to find something you like, they even had hash browns & onion rings - for those who don't like noodles or rice I guess! For non meat eaters there are a few veggie dishes - aubergine in oyster sauce was seriously yum, stir fried green beans, a really nice bean curd dish & king prawns. The Indian section was a little bit dodgy looking I have to say. I tried the Aloo Gobi, it was a cross between a Thai curry & Indian curry (with beansprouts in!) & quite unpleasant. The other dishes looked a bit like something a cat would bring up.... Pudding section also a bit weird - bowls of cherry toms (well, they are technically fruit) & jelly chunks nestled between cakes!
Can't go wrong at that price really, the drinks are reasonable too. I'd definitely return & will do for the sushi - and some Thai curry hopefully :))

Last minute get together with 3 generations of family.
Managed to get squeezed in - definitely need to book.
£12.99 each (Fri & Sat evening) eat all you can (£11.99 Mon-Thur pm & all day Sun or £6.50 Lunch). Excellent vfm, as all the food we tried was delicious.
Sushi, Chinese, Thai, Dim Sum, Teppanyaki (choose your own is cooked while you wait) Grill (again cooked while you wait) - everything was fresh, hot, flavoursome, crunchy veg etc.
Then there were the puddings!! Lots of small, tempting things to choose from, and no one was counting how many times you went up!! Gran got in a bit of a mess with the chocolate fountain, but she enjoyed it!
Basically, you just keep going up to pile up a plate, and back to your table, as often as you want. An ideal way to try something eg sushi as you can leave it if you don't like it (we thoroughly enjoyed it, and may even try a sushi restaurant!) and get something else you may be more sure of eg crispy aromatic duck or sweet & sour chicken or thai green curry, or chicken nuggets & chips!
Service was also good, your dirty plate being collected very quickly, you keep your cutlery. Only very small gripe was that the plates were all kept hot, which was right for the main food, but the puddings need cold plates. The waiter I spoke to was very quick to try to find a cold plate for me, but by the time he had cooled a hot plate down, I had found a cooler plate on the bottom of a hot pile!! Still, excellent service from that member of staff I felt, and he said he would report that back - we'll see, as we will definitely go there again.
