The award-winning Dragon Brasserie, at street level, offers an informal and leisurely dining experience and serves a contemporary mix of no-nonsense European-style meals and light bites.
Set in the 4-star Dragon Hotel in the centre of Swansea, the Brasserie proudly holds an AA rosette in recognition of the delicious cuisine and excellent service.
Passionate about showcasing local delicacies and supporting the home economy by using, wherever feasible, locally-sourced produce and suppliers, Head Chef Sam Thomas has excelled himself with a menu which boasts dishes such as wild sea bass on sautéed artichoke with beurre blanc and red onion mashed potatoes, and roasted duck breast with smoked garlic mash and Toulouse sausage. Even dessert options are something special, recently featuring vanilla crème brûlée with lavender shortbread, and Bara Brith bread and butter pudding.
Open daily, the Dragon Brasserie also offers an impressive selection of wines, many of which can be enjoyed by the glass and which provide a perfect accompaniment to any dish. Light and airy with floor-to-ceiling windows, it is an ideal place to watch the world go by as you dine with friends, family or business colleagues in chic, stylish surroundings.
