It's all Greek to us and happily so in the case of this smart operation. Entelia offers a clever, modern twist on the clichéd Greek format with its pared-down but effective décor of wooden tables and Greek-themed photography on the walls. The standard Greek populist dishes are all there, from the kleftiko and stifado to baklavas but there are also well cooked and interesting options on the a la carte. The fresh fish specials are recommended.

Even Better Than Before!

The first time I went to Entelia, the food was delicious. I had the peppers stuffed with risotto, topped with halloumi cheese. I went again this past Saturday and had the mussels and prawns in a tomato and feta cheese sauce to start. For mains, I had the stifado. Everything was absolutely delicious and tasted even better than my last visit. The food had lovely flavours and was well seasoned. Unfortunately, we did not have enough room in our tummies for dessert but I would have had the apple pancakes!
The decor is minimalistic and tasteful. It has a sleek feel and the bar is nice. There weren't many people there when we arrived (7pm) but it filled up - a testament to it's delicious food. We didn't feel rushed and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A lovely restaurant. Can't wait for my next visit there!

I visited Entelia on my 40th birthday. It was a surprise booking (I didn't know I was going there), and somebody from my party also chose my food that was pre-ordered. I have to say that all the food served to 15 of us was fabulous and fresh. I had mussels & king prawns to start and the mussels tasted like they'd just come out of the sea. I had a lamb kebab for main course which was also delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the Head guy was very attentive. There was also no delay, all the food came out together and shortly after we'd arrived. I visisted Entelia when they were in Princess Victoria Street and it was excellent then too. I'm glad they relocated and didn't shut down. I'm off there again for another party next month so can't wait to try some more of their great food.

Fantastic mezze platter

Sunday lunch time, restaurant quite quiet but a nice low level of chatter.
We had the Mezze platter for 2 at £16.95 a head.
May seem expensive but is well worth the money a total of 12 - 13 small dishes of food and dips spread out over an hour of eating, Fantastic.
The opener of dips and Pitta breads left us expecting great things as the hummous and Tzatziki were some of the best I have ever tasted. The new dishes were brought up in a timely manners so that you had enough time to ponder on the ones you just ate and not get impatient waiting for the next.
The Stifado (greek beef stew) was a dish to behold; a fantastic, smooth taste to be remembered - shame I was starting to get full by then.
A great meal indeed.
The service was paced well and was very welcoming.
