What we say

The gastronomic vision of FlavourZ with a capital Z is ambitious with a capital S. Newly opened, in the heart of the city, it takes four of the world's great cuisines - Indian, Chinese, Mexican and Italian - and, cooly, offers the lot in an all-you-can-eat fixed price buffet format. There is a lunchtime and a larger, more expensive dinner buffet, which change with the seasons, and, as well as everything on offer, you can select your own ingredients and get the chefs to stir fry them for you in the open kitchen. The recently re-furbished interior is predominately wood of different shades and textures and the walls are decorated with modern murals. FlavourZ is a brave new concept and still finding its way, but, so far, it looks and tastes like a capital idea.

Flavourz restaurant have delicious and exquisite things to eat. The food is freshly cooked with lots of variety, there was also a great choice of desserts, cakes, puddings and a variety of fresh fruit and sweets if you so wish.

Went here with a large group of friends, all of who had very different likes and dislikes, however everyone was very satisfied with the food that they ate.

Not only does it have a huge variety of food, the most i have ever seen for a buffet, but it was all cooked very well and tasted lovely! The pizzas on offer and the curries were particularly tasty, and there was also a lot of choice for some of our vegetarian friends.

There was also a great choice of desserts, cakes, puddings and a variety of fresh fruit and sweets if you so wish.

No this isn't fine dining or a particularly romantic sophisticated place however it doesnt pretend to be, but for what it is its very good and well priced!

A good place to go with friends or colleagues, rather than a date!

    I look forward to returning!!

Didnt think Flavourz could get any better until my son saw the chocolate fountain that has been installed in the sweet area.

As always great Chinese cooked for you with the ingredients you choose, now they have a buy one get one free Mon-Weds it makes a good deal even better.

have been a few times, really good range of food, especially nice chinese where you pick what you want and get it cooked for you, children seem to love being able to go and pick their own food, and the desserts are a really nice touch - just try to resist the sweets!

I have visited a few times. The food is freshly cooked with lots of variety which you can help yourself to.

I visited with a party of 12 which included 4 children. We took advantage of the cheaper off peak price of £9.99 (5pm to 7pm). When we ordered, the waiter advised us that we would be required to leave by 7pm.

As we had children with us, it took a few minutes to get ready to leave. At 7.02 we were advised we would need to leave. Having the table cleared while we were trying to put a baby in a pram was an unnecessary attempt to rush us out the door at 7.05pm!

Reluctantly, I went to Flavourz prior to a Saturday night out, expecting cheap, nasty food but I hold my hands up and can say that I had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. From freshly prepared wok food to chinese to Indian to Mexican to Tiramisu and Flumps, this was great fun and well priced. Dine before 7pm and I believe they do a special price, they even top up your soft drinks for free. Never going to be haute-cuisine but for a fun evening Flavourz is well worth a visit
