Food Net is Swansea's first and, as yet, only noodle bar, and is an exciting new option whether you are thinking of a satisfying snack, or an Oriental banquet.
Near the buzzing bars and nightclubs of Wind Street, this family-run establishment offers both excellent food and superb value for money, with main dishes starting at just £4.50, and starters from £2.00. Try one of the warming soups to start with, such as chicken and sweetcorn or the popular won ton soup. Or perhaps the original Cantonese lettuce wrap, with stir fried chopped meat and water chestnuts.
A good wine list provides a range of bottles at similarly good value, as well as an excellent selection of beers and liqueurs, or you might prefer to finish with a cup of Chinese tea.

i always visit food net, it is the best chinese restaurant in swansea, it is tasty and the price is reasonable. You can either have britsh way of chinese food or tranditional chinese food.
No matter how busys they r, the food they serve is always in good quality. and staffs r friendly and they always give good advice.

A meal to remember

I have visited this restaurant several times now for both a sit in meal and a takeaway. The menu is extensive and there is a choice of a real Chinese menu or a more traditional menu suitable for the Western taste. I always go for the Chinese option while my wife has the more familiar menu.
In both cases the food is superb, well cooked and very tasty. The Chinese menu in particular offers choices not available anywhere else and makes for an adventurous evening. The restaurant is small and as you might expect from the menu, attracts the patronage of a lot of Chinese people - a good sign that it serves up authentic food.
I love it and highly recommend it for that special night out or in, or just a lunchtime snack.

I visited this restaurant recently to collect a pre-ordered take-out meal, so I didn't have the pleasure of dinning in.
As I pre-ordered over the telephone our food was ready as soon as we arrived.
The staff were most helpful and friendly.
The food was delicious and I'd go as far as saying that the food is of the nicest Chinese food I have tasted in Swansea.
I will definately be visiting again.
It's just a shame that the restaurant is off the main street and isn't very well advertised so not a lot a people know about it - which they should !!

An enjoyable evening and very good food. Atmosphere and staff were very friendly would definately recommend to others and plan on eating there again.
