Had food once b 4 was ok so ordered a delivery food came stone cold after an hour and a half and being told it would be 45 minuets the nan bread was all squashed in some paper the pizza was freezing and kebab, rang to complain and was asked what is the problem pizza is cold is it? So they knew it had probably been all over Cardiff, they said the driver may bring you fresh food but I doubt it as he is busy and she apologised. Would never go there again food was stale and even if hot wouldn't have been very nice such a shame.

ordered food and waited 2 hours, called the Lilo and was told the food was on its way and would be free due to late service. Food never arrived. Poor serive - will no longer use service and as a regular customer this is a dissapointment.

I have been to Lilo 2 times before being cheated of the 15% discount they mentioned in the brochure. How come they told me the discount in on al-manzil but not in Lilo when the last time I went there (February 2011) I got the discount. Even though the food is good but the service is poor and the waiter,chef a bit slow to serve customers. I think better Titos in cooperation road, grangetown, cardiff than in lilo. Cheap and the best of Titos.

I took my daughter to Lilo today for some lunch and I have to say excellent service and the food was the tastiest we have had in a long time in Cardiff. The staff were friendly and when my daughter couldn't all of her meal they happily boxed it up for her to take home.

Took my son and his mate here. Great food. Loads of it. Treated the kids really well. They loved the juices too.
They keep nagging us to go back.

I am a regular at Lilos the food os amazing as are the fresh juices/smoothies and the staff are very friendly and helpful definately would recommend to all!

Just a small reply to the comment mounisali has made about lilo grill house
i think his comment were totally WRONG and POOR
1: the service is excellent
2: the food is delicious
3: the toilet are spotless
4: the prices you cant get cheaper than lilo
SO I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ON ABOUT IF YOU ASK ME ? I WILL TELL YOU GET A LIFE

i can not belive how fantastic is this restaurant, you dont feel like you are in cardiff
the food is amazing , the staff are fab, the prices are unbeliveble, i recommend you try it out

I cant believe I wasted my time going to lilo grill house.
Food was poor
service was poor
toilets were in a bad state
the only thing i thought was ok was the price was cheap
but why eat there if the quality isnt there anymore?

OMG! i love this place, food is cheap, drinks are divine, and the overall atmosphere and staff are brilliant! its my 3rd time at the place!everytime i try something different, i agree with cparkin75 the fish was well worth it!!

this place is amazing it is like beinin a differnt country.The food was exellent and the staff so friendly ,the price was unreal so cheap but top quality"whole sea bass under a tenner"it realy is a undiscoverd gem
