One of the newest additions to Cathays, O' Sole Mio is situated half way up the Crwys Road, just outside Cardiff city centre.
The charismatic Michele will offer you a warm welcome whether you are looking for an intimate meal for two or somewhere lively to meet for a family gathering, making you feel as if you had just walked into his home town of Sorrento in southern Italy.
Food is cooked fresh to order and includes the best of Italian pastas, pizzas, seafood and meat dishes, with the regular Chef's "dish of the day" options, all served with friendly Italian charm.
The interior is simple yet cosy, with warm red walls and table cloths, terracotta floors and fresh flowers on the tables.
