A gastro bar offering cutting edge, simple bistro food alongside a full tapas menu and extensive drinks list, One 30 has found a niche for itself in the restaurant market in Bristol. Both the bar and restaurant have proved to be hugely popular, and now welcome plenty of regular diners and drinkers.
The success of One 30 is largely down to the quality of the drinks on offer and the simple, rustic and tasty food that is cooked fresh to order. Relax in the buzzing bar area on comfy sofas, or eat in the restaurant where you can keep your eyes on the Chefs in the open kitchen as they perform their wizardry. On balmy summer days, sit on the secluded terrace and soak up the rays.
The Sunday lunch menu changes most weeks and the à la carte and tapas menus twice a season, in line with when seasonal ingredients become available.

Dined here on Friday with some friends who were over from Dublin. This is a laid back neighbourhood place with places to sit and lounge at the front and a screened off restaurant to the rear. It's trendy in a bare brick walls and leather sofas type of way.
The service throuhout was excellent and they're kid friendly so we had a stack of paper and crayons to keep the 6 yr old happy.
Food was great, we shared the tapas variadas with extra stick honey chicken and potatas bravas and the men had steaks which were well cooked. Overall a relaxing but lively place. Would definately return more often.
