What we say

Phi-B's Chinese Restaurant is instantly recognisable; the impressive Chinatown-style frontage offers an immediate sense of authenticity, which is followed-through inside with stylish Oriental dÈcor, although the owner obviously has a sense of humour; the toilets have a City of Westminster plaque asking you to Please Adjust Your Dress. The menu is chock-full of all the tried-and-tested dishes you might expect from a Chinese restaurant, as well as Phi-B's own specialities. You can pop in for a quick bite or indulge in a full-on banquet-style feast. Phi-B?s offers a lively, buzzing atmosphere that can just as easily host romantic couples, as it can large parties of families and friends.

The venue was atmospheric and authentic. Having lived in Cardiff my whole life, this was the first encounter of this cool little restaurant. The lighting was dim, which gave it a cool chilled out ambience

It was nicely full, though service was a little slower than preffered, we were`nt in any rush so we didnt mind.

Five of us in total, four had starters, with two generous baskets of prawn crackers which we all enjoyed.

Starters were fantiastic and I reccommend the mix starters, though too filling for just two of you. The mains were fab too, which we didnt wait long for.

Price was reasonable, all in all great place
