What we say

A short walk from Brindley Place, Sibila's is a hidden gem. Recently

included in BBC Good Food Magazine's "7 of the Best Vegetarian Restaurants",

it's easy to see how Sibila's has gained a national reputation for

outstanding veggie cuisine.

The menu, which also includes a great selection of gluten free dishes, includes dishes to tempt everyone, such as grilled halloumi Caesar salad, Yellow River stir fry with coriander tofu, and Thai sweet potato boats.

With recent reviewers lavishing praise such as "By the time I had finished my dessert and laid down my fork, I was a veggie convert" - 69 Magazine, and "really unusual but very tasty dishes" - The Guardian. This really is one to try, whether you're vegetarian, vegan, or just a curious carnivore.
