A warm welcome awaits you in this authentic Greek restaurant. Formerly the Prince of Wales, this is now the only rural Greek Taverna in Somerset, with a homely feel and a friendly, cosy atmosphere where much of the food is cooked in traditional clay ovens.
The restaurant provides plenty of formal seating amid traditional matting. There is a small drinkers' area by the fireplace, and a large garden complete with Greek statue.
Serving a range of excellent Cypriot cuisine, dishes to try include kleftico - lamb cooked on the bone with special roast potatoes; barbouni - fried red mullet with Greek salad and chips; and koudobolou - chicken stuffed with spinach and feta.

I come here every week and it always feels special. I'm welcomed by the same happy faces who provide excellent service every time. I've tried plenty of the dishes off the menu but my favorite has to be the meze. I tell them to surprise me with meat or fish because I enjoy them both sooo much. After our meal we all retreat to the lounge area for coffee, drinks and a friendly chat with all who work. This is a fabulous place for any occasion and I highly recommend. Time flys when your having fun!!

The food here is amazing authentic and delicious. The staff are kind, friendly and also Greek. We love the family run feel that Sousta has that makes us feel so at home even when eating with a large party the food arrives at the same time leaving everyone more than satisfied. YUM YUM YUM!

We spent last weekend in Somerset and were driving around on Saturday evening to find somewhere to eat, and spotted Sousta at the last minute! What a find! Wonderful little restaurant. We were lucky to have the last table for two, as the place was absolutely full, and no wonder - fabulous surroundings, very welcoming staff and fantastic food. It certainly put us in the mood for our forthcoming holiday to Santorini in July!
