What do The Bunch of Grapes (times two), Indigo's, Milligan's Whiskey Emporium and Dr. Thirsty's Surgery have in common? Well, the answer is "Sublime" because that's the latest re-incarnation of this central Bristol venue set on the cobbles of King Street, now targeted at the sophisticated café-bar market. Great décor and burgers and a long list of cocktails makes the hours watching those sweaty sportsmen on TV just fly along.

Huge Burgers but...
Rating - Overall: 3 Food: 3 Service: 2 Ambience: 2

I had lunch with a friend at Sublime on the weekend. It wasn't really busy and we ordered 2 burgers and two cocktails. The Coctails weren't brilliant but nice enough (more sugar and les mint in the Mojito please) The selection of burgers was huge, when we did finally choose which ones to have I got told half and hour later that they had run out of that dish. Not impressed about that but when we did finally get out burgers they were HUGE and very tasty.
