This is a Grade II listed building with all the features you would expect from an English pub - oak beams, flagstone floors, open fires, the lot…..It's recently been refurbished and is now under new management. The atmosphere is cosy and the staff welcoming. The bar offers a wide range of beers, including real ales. There is also an extensive wine list. Food is traditional too and the traditional home-cooked Sunday roast offers a choice of two meats and fresh seasonal vegetables.
