Come here quite a fair bit and it always delivers. Good portions of home cooked food in an inviting atmosphere - wouldn't say I am ever 'wowed' by the food but it is always tasty and value for money.

This is pub good as it should be- simple but smashing. There is a fairly wide range of dishes on offer- from organic falafels to roast dinners with the trimmings. The food here is really good- good, tasty, filling pub food and at decent quality. The atmosphere is typically 'pubby' without being pretentious. No swish interior design here- just a good old homely pub feel. Local ales/ ciders available
