Established in 1979, The Polash is a bright, cheerful restaurant serving Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine in the seaside town of Shoeburyness. The traditionally decorated interior is comfortable and welcoming, while the comprehensive menu features curry standards alongside spicy mains such as tandoori trout and mutton tikka dhansak. There are set banqueting menus for up to eight people.
