There’s a new place to meet and eat in Bristol called Zest Bistro, House of Fraser’s licensed bar and restaurant on the second floor. Take a short break from your shopping to relax and enjoy something from their exciting menu, serving breakfast, lunch or why not try their Champagne afternoon tea. Combining a fresh, modern interior with an informal atmosphere, Zest Bistro is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or two. Zest Bistro also offers a children's menu so that shopped-out parents and children alike can enjoy a well earned break.

Went for a lunchtime bite. Nice airy place with big window overlooking bottom of M32. Took ages to get orders taken (quite busy). Wife's steak sandwich was tepid + leathery (she was too polite to accept their offer to take it back) I had very hot fish pie; viscous piping fluid with a few prawns in it + no identifiable fish. With it were the sugariest vegetables I've ever tasted. Described as "honey glazed" they were inedible + made my teeth ache with the foreboding of future cavities. I expected alot more from somewhere charging these prices. I may as well have gone to burger king, at least you expect and pay for cheap nasty food there!

I took my family to eat at Zest this morning, looks a wonderfull place, as we were looking at the menu we noticed the person preparing the meals lick his fingers four times as he was putting someones meal together, handling the food with his fingers, this is not hygenic and we declined to eat, we spoke to the person(he was the stand in manager) he shrugged his shoulders, said "i know" but did not even offer an appology, so be carefull
