firstly I have one small bit of praise for this place, the meat is great, and you get alot of it. now for the rest......
we walked in and were left waiting for about 20 mins from when we booked, great start. I wouldn't of minded, but its the tiniest place you've ever seen so for those awfully long 20 mins, we were squeezed in the corner STANDING!!!! They are so small my tv is bigger than the bar and only tables for eating so no where to wait!! after that, the people seemed friendly enough, and we ordered. we weren't waiting too long, but the decor is creepy. paper table covers and alot of stuffed animals packed on the walls, yuck, and i'm not even an animal lover. like i said, the meat was good, but the chips were bog standard fried stuff, and the salad, well they must share the same suplier as the kebab shop down the road.
What a complete waste of money, time, and what was supposed to be my birthday dinner. DON'T GO!!!!!!!

well you must have been in some parallel universe at your visit !!
i have been to this restaurant several time and very much enjoyed each visit - granted it is a busy place but the fantastic staff seated us asap with complimentary drinks to apologise for the fairly short wait - a little patience goes a long way.
the steak and chips meal we had was absolutely delish - with steak just melting in the mouth and gorgeous creamy garlic sauce - and then to top it off a great selection of to die for sweets.
the staff here are brill - very attentive but not making you feel rushed or hustled unlike many places.
as for the decor being 'creepy' - well i find that a bizaar choice of description - i think cosy and unique is far better suited and far nicer than many bland, antiseptic and soulless places around.

Just so everyone knows, cosmicboobs is my mother, and as you can tell by her choice of name, she doesn't get out much. i'm sure if you look up macdonalds she would rate it as a 5star establishment.
Parallel universe!!! yeah alright mum.
