Got there for the start of lunchtime service to ensure we got a table (no booking) but needn't have panicked, it was busy but plenty of seats available. Downsides of getting there that early is a slight lack on variety - Sushi guy didn't look like he'd have anything ready for at least an hour & there were no people at the cook-to-order stations. No Thai curries either which was a shame, but I think I definitely need to try it out on an evening.
FOOD: was tasty & well cooked. All the classics like ribs, sweet & sour balls, satay etc. Bound to find something you like, they even had hash browns & onion rings - for those who don't like noodles or rice I guess! For non meat eaters there are a few veggie dishes - aubergine in oyster sauce was seriously yum, stir fried green beans, a really nice bean curd dish & king prawns. The Indian section was a little bit dodgy looking I have to say. I tried the Aloo Gobi, it was a cross between a Thai curry & Indian curry (with beansprouts in!) & quite unpleasant. The other dishes looked a bit like something a cat would bring up.... Pudding section also a bit weird - bowls of cherry toms (well, they are technically fruit) & jelly chunks nestled between cakes!
Can't go wrong at that price really, the drinks are reasonable too. I'd definitely return & will do for the sushi - and some Thai curry hopefully :))
